The Essonne Development
Agency was founded in 1992. Our purpose is to develop the economy and
create new jobs by enhancing the awareness of the Essonne county and
developing its potential at regional, national and international level.
The Agency is well-established and works closely with all the political, economic bodies and institutions in the region.
Our missions
The Agency is structured around three teams, each one relating to a specific mission:
- The Networking and Investment team will support you in your project to establish or expand a company.
- The Economic Research team carries out analyses and studies to provide you with up-to-date information about the state of the region's economy and the ways in which it is changing.
- The Employment team encourages business creation by the unemployed and develops home-based jobs and services.
Our values
Each of the Agency's missions is different, but they are all carried out in a similar way.
The Agency works very closely in partnership or as part of a network
with the people it helps, providing them with tailor-made support. The
Agency adopts this approach in all its areas of activity.
