subject was : The impact of de-industrialization on management of human resource and the territory of Essonne. This study was carried out by Algoe (consulting firm) and examined the state of industry in Essonne.
The conference held on 11 December 2003 at the Altis premises in Corbeil-Essonne was an opportunity to present the de-industrialization studies to a wide public, mainly made up of company managers and local
authorities represents.
